Kitchen knives require different geometry than a camper or hunter. These were ground all the way from the spine to the edge and distal tapered from the choil to the tip. The top of the blade is rounded for the folks that like to choke up on their knives.
3/32 inch 52100 steel
Flat grind with a 600 grit machine finish
Cocobolo handle
Overall length: 7 1/4 inches
Blade: 3 inches
If anyone wants to carry one of these knives, I will make a leather scabbard with a belt loop for $25.
BOTH ARE SOLD
delivered to the US or Canada. My PayPal account is gldrewknives@gmail.com I will also accept USPS money orders or checks with time to clear.
