These were given to me and the gentleman said he made them, on a lathe. I believe the pen parts might be sold in kits as I feel like I've seen something similar. Ones twisty type the other is bolt action with rifle clip. Not sure the worth, but I never used them. They were kept in a drawer and pencil container so they have some scratches.
