Hello everyone,
Today I have two of my pocket fixed blades for sale. These would also make good neck knives if your into those. These are made from Aldo's fine grain 1084 and they are wicked sharp. I love this steel and I am going to be using a lot more of it. The sheaths are perfect for carrying in your pocket, the retention is good, but not so much that you can't pull it out. Anyway, here are the specs:
OAL is right at 6", with a blade length of about 2 3/4"
the steel is Aldo's 1084fg, 1/8" thick, heat treated by myself in a digitally controlled oven to a target rockwell of 60
The handle material for the burgundy one is padauk over black paper micarta on one, the other (brown one) is cocobolo over black paper micarta, both with danish oil finishes. The pins and lanyard tubes are stainless.
The sheath is Tandy 8oz vegetable tanned leather, hand stitched.
As always, these come with a lifetime warranty, also, if you recieve the knife and don't like it for whatever reason, you have 3 days to return it to me unused for a refund.
These are $130 each, shipped to you. My international buddies, pm or email me and we can work something out.
