Again, I'm sorry, I responded to all pm's and emails. If I missed you I apologize. As mentioned, the first I'll take it gets it. I have 4 kids, two jobs and a sick wife. So, I'm not always the fastest to respond and sometimes I totally forget things.

I stand by my word and don't ever consider anything sold until I receive payment. Throwing shad at someone for making offers and backing out is just caddy. It's not sold until you have cash in hand. If you sent that as your expectation you'll never be disappointed.

Thanks for your interest and offer but this one is sold at list price.
