Up for sale are 2 of my Search & Rescue knives. they have one of the most comfortable handles I have felt. Perfect for use in the outdoors bushcrafting or just performing camp tasks.

1. Carbon Fiber W/Tapered Tang:$SOLD
Steel: Kelly Cupples 1080 (5/32")
OAL: 8.75"
Blade Length: 4.5" (Tip to Choil)
Scales: Carbon Fiber (Pinned and Acraglas Epoxied)
Grind: Hollow with Swedge (Not Sharpened)
Pins: 1/4" Alum. Tube & 1/8" Nickel
Other: Black & White Garolite Liners, Tapered Tang (My First)
Sheath: Black & Tan Right Hand Vertical Carry (My preference with a knife this size)


Black Paper Micarta W Dovetailed Black Palm:$SOLD
Steel: Kelly Cupples 1080 (5/32")
OAL: 8.75"
Blade Length: 4.5" (Tip to Choil)
Scales: Black Paper Micarta & Black Palm (Pinned and Acraglas Epoxied)
Grind: Flat
Pins: 1/4" Stainless Tube & 1/8" Nickel
Other: Black Garolite Liners, Dove Tailed Scales
Sheath: Black "Z" Loop (Allows Horizontal & Vertical Carry), Firesteel Loop


All my 1080 Blades are HT'd in the following manner:
- 3 Thermal cycles brought to critical (1475 - 1500F) and cooled to room temp.
- Brought back up to Critical a final time then immediately Quenched in 11 Sec. Quenchant
- Tempered 2x at 400F
