Hello BF,

Both are sold!

I really like this design... They are light weight, but don't have the flex that the Chef Knives do.

OAL at 12 1/4 inches, and a cutting edge of 7 inches, with a full flat grind.

Cut from 1/16 stock, and 2 inches edge to spine.

Handles are Carbon Fiber and red dyed stabilized Spalted Birch, stabilized by Mike at WSSI, both have SS hardware.

Steel is ATS34 and is heat treated, cryogenically treated, and tested to guaranteed Rc of 59-61 by Peters of Meadville, PA.

John those are real nice, that carbon fiber must be super light. Very nice look with the spalted birch too.
