Greetings BF folks. I've got two lightly used Shun knives from their premier line—vg-10 with the hand forged hammering and etching. The chef is 8”, the honesuki is 4.5” (vegetable knife is already sold). All are in very good condition—light use and hand sharpened on Japanese water stones by me.
