Hello all,
Today I have two 6" Silverthorn used boning knives for sale. I am the original owner of both knives listed for sale.
Prices are postage paid via USPS Ground Advantage (new name for First Class Mail). First to comment "I'll take (knife)", along with a PM expressing interest will get a reserve on said knife. Payment must be made via Paypal F&F. All payment details will be expressed via PM. Buyer must be willing to commit to making a payment within 24 hours, or the knife will pass on to any additional persons of interest. Knives will be shipped typically the same day, or within 24 hours at most. Shipping to residents of the USA only at this time. No interest in trades.
Up first is an O1 with blue G-10 handles SOLD!

-The knife has been used a handful of times for lamb and pork de-boning and is overall in great condition. A full patina has formed over the blade. Sharpened up to a handful of times (5 maximum), the primary bevel at the first ~1.5" from the tip has also been hit on the stones, although the patina conceals this well. The knife has seen a rather small amount of usage overall and has nearly it's full life left. Has a semi-flex to the blade. Handle has a mark or two indicating wear. A light coat of mineral oil has been applied to the blade after the photos were taken. Comes in a clear Victorinox 6" boning knife "blade protector" sleeve. The G-10 handle is rather smooth and is quite slick when fatty, or bloodied. Please keep that in mind. Otherwise, a great knife that I wish I had more practical use for these days.
Up next is an O1 with black canvas micarta handles SOLD!

-The knife has been used a handful of times for lamb and pork de-boning and is overall in great condition. A full patina has formed over the blade. Sharpened up to a handful of times (5 maximum), the primary bevels have also been "sharpened" (very lightly) on the stones, although the patina conceals this well. The knife has seen a rather small amount of usage overall and has nearly it's full life left. There is a bit of aluminum rub-off onto the micarta handle (upper right handle, as seen in picture 2 above), from being sheathed in an aluminum scabbard. Has a semi-flex to the blade. The spine finish on this knife came from the maker a little wonky. A light coat of mineral oil has been applied to the blade after the photos were taken. Comes in the original cardboard knife protection sleeve/slipcover. The handle, whilst having nearly no texture, is more secure in-hand when in use, thanks to the micarta. Another great knife that I wish I had more practical use for these days.
*Last photo shows the original box that the knife(s) will be housed in.
Thanks for looking!
