These two have book marked cocobolo scales,1/8" nickel silver pins. By far I like this wood best. For me , it finishes out best. In my experience,of all the natural wood handled, modern built knives I've ever used,it stays the best looking and hardly any movement. The only one close I know about is Menefee's curly maple.
These blades are Russell Green River works ( Dexter Knife Co. )
They are 1/16" stock and these thin blades hone to a razor.
The "Patch" or "Pacific Parer" is forged carbon steel,I put a hand rubbed finish on the blade.Patch is 6-5/8" OAL,3-3/8" blade with 3" of cutting edge. This knife is very cool,it would make a great letter opener/desk knife,a unique paring knife or general small utility knife. Use & enjoy it however you wish.
The "Steak" is stainless steel,with a factory machine finish,etch in tact.7-7/8" OAL,4-1/8" blade,4" cutting edge.This knife would make a great,small cook's utility/food prep knife.
They came out very nice about 800 grit finish on the handles.
Either knife $65. shipped Con U.S.
Take a look and thanks!
