Had to register another account to post here because the two-step verification doesn't seem to be working on my old username KP. Requested the code a few times this morning but nothing is coming through my inbox or spam.

Spark Spark I try loggin in and it says it sends a passcode to my verified email-- but it does not.

I've checked my spam folder, trash folder, other email accounts....nada.

I had to make this new basic account just to post here and notify you guys of the issue. Please help, I'm jonesing over here! 😵‍💫

I am having the same issue, had to do the same. I have a paid subscription. Now I get adds. ducati is my user name.

just got sent 5 verification emails simultaneously and I got logged on....it's like each time I've tried to get a code got backlogged and then spewed out all at one time about 10 min ago....anyways, thanks knarfeng knarfeng !

Not me. Either the system is spooling up and got caught up or Spark is working his magic.

Going to leave your second account for a day or so, just to make sure.

I’ve been having same issue for about the last 3 days and would get log in emails about 8-10 hrs after trying.
May have started when server migration was in progress.
Used the contact email but never got a response.
Tried just now and got log in email immediately.

Is there another way of letting staff know without making a new account?

Thought I was being punished for not logging in for a while 🤓

I'm all set now. I forgot I was using an alternate email for this site and the verification emails were getting stuck in that spam folder. My bad!

Post migration there were issues where various ATT / Bellsouth / SBCGlobal / Verizon / SWBell servers (all part of the ATT network) and Yahoo were having delays with mail being delivered. It seems to have eased now

I had to create this account to log on. My paid Gold account since 2005 is giving me a message that it can’t confirm my email. That account name is Basko00. I’m unable to log on as of today. I have been using an ATT email here. And I can’t seem to figure out to send a DM to a mod here and give him a heads up to try and fix this.

Thanks, Blue, if I could figure out how to DM you, I would.

I started watching one of the Knife Exchange forums yesterday and I noticed I wasn’t getting any email notifications. Assumed it had something to do with the migration.

The only one that can help you is Spark Spark . It's outside of our moderator tool set.

I've reached out to Spark Spark . He says it's an AT&T issue and he has reached out to them.

I don't have anything else at this juncture.

ATT, Charter, SBCGlobal, SWBell, Bellsouth and all associated accounts are being throttled by their servers. When mail gets through, it's often delayed. We've contacted their abuse team to try and resolve this

Some of you may wish to try the following if you are locked out, or may be locked out shortly:

1. If you've been logged out on one device, but have another that you have logged in on recently, go to that device, get on the site and turn off the 2FA (app) or change it to the email option*.

(*I don't know whether the email option is working properly or not, as I have not used it and don't intend to tempt fate.)

2. If you haven't been logged out yet, you might want to preemptively shut off 2FA in the meantime until the situation is resolved.

I just needed to use 2FA from an app without success like some of you. But my other device was not yet logged out and I was able to make the change and remove 2FA for the time being.

Don't wait. Take care of it before it becomes an issue.

not complaining, just sharing my experience. just tried to long on for the first time in a few days. received 11 different authentication #s that did not work. Was logging on from laptop on wifi by Verizon. Tried to log on a few times from att android phone with same result. tried again on the computer an magically was allowed entry... not sure if switching to the phone interface did something or not.
