If I were you, I'd turn off 2FA while you're on your computer until the matter is resolved to Spark's satisfaction. (Just make sure you have a strong password.) Not doing so might leave you out in the cold when you want to log in and the time has expired for that device.not complaining, just sharing my experience. just tried to long on for the first time in a few days. received 11 different authentication #s that did not work. Was logging on from laptop on wifi by Verizon. Tried to log on a few times from att android phone with same result. tried again on the computer an magically was allowed entry... not sure if switching to the phone interface did something or not.
I doubt very much that the phone had anything to do with it.
