Two versions of a dual-action auto

Here is an interesting story. This is a dual-action auto done in Devin Thomas damascus Dot matrix pattern, carved in my Deco-wing design. Handle inlay is black-lip pearl. My customer, after a few months, decided he'd like a different finish from the black etch I had originally done. I deep-etched the damascus and polished it for a radically different appearance.

Very cool knife. My vote goes for the dark finish also. Either way, congrats to you and your lucky customer.

I like BOTH versions!!

Great looking knives. :thumbup::thumbup:

Aesthetically, I like the darkened look. If it was going to be used, the polished would probably be better. NICE knife.

Both look great but I lean to the dark one. Your logo looks a lot better on the polished one.
