These are a little away from my norm in several areas. I don't normally do hidden tang knives, these knives are one of the reasons why. The cocobolo handle one I had two different handles on it until I finally got it right. I also normally do more of a sweeping plunge, these are more straight.
Anyways, here they are. The blades are some of Don's W2 that has been clay coated for a nice bold hamon. The spine has a bit of filework on them.
The handle of this one is cocobolo with a micarta guard and spacers. It is contoured to fit the hand nicely and is held together with the pin and some JB weld.
The sheath is 8-9oz hand stitched and tooled leather. The knife fits well and draws easily.
Dimensions
Blade - 4 1/4" tip to guard
OAL - Just a tick under 9"
