TwoSun TS88 No Screw Tenon-and-Mortise Knife - Thoughts?

So we're saying that TwoSun buys a design from Vitesse, sells it with the TwoSun name on it and pays Vitesse 10%, but also sells it with the Vitesse logo on it and no TwoSun name without paying the licensing fee?

That would be low, as in 'lower than the average Chinese scumbag' low.

But it's not quite what I thought Vitesse was saying here on Instagram:

1. Knives are being made in the same factory.
2. @twosunknives2017 have a licence to manufacture and sell JAEGER. No other Brand or third party have received such authorization.
3. Legitimate JAEGERS do not exist outside of the TWOSUN brand - regardless of weather or not they have the VITESSE logo on them.
4. TWOSUN are fighting an on going battle to legitimize themselves in the market place, while dealing with third party manufacturers. I would advise that they take more control of their/our intellectual property.
5. Hong Kong Knives sell Clones. I distance myself and the VITESSE brand from Hong Kong Knives as well as any other company selling the JAEGER outside of the TWOSUN name.
6. VITESSE DESIGN as an entity and growing brand will always focus on quality and unique design above all else. If you buy a JAEGER and consider it to be substandard please dm or email me or TWOSUN directly. If you buy a Clone and I hear about it you will be blocked.
7. TWOSUN have a licence to produce 1 other VITESSE DESIGN knife which will be released soon. I am still thinking about weather or not to collaborate further, time will tell.

That's all. Carry on.

The point is, exactly that. They allowed a cloner to sell un branded knives of there licensed design.

I guess my only question is whether TwoSun is doing it or 3rd party production facilities are doing it.
In point #4 above, the owner of Vitesse Designs says it's 3rd party, but I think you're saying TwoSun is doing it directly.
