TX-Izula - Abusing the feedback system

I believe this is what Esav advised me to do.

I'd like my recent negative feedback from TX-Izula reviewed. I received this feedback after refusing to adjust the price of an item, after the sale. His story changed twice and he has yet to make a case in the thread below. I believe he abused the system by leaving this feedback.
