Type of slipjoint you have yet to try.

Because I've never tried to use one so small, I'd like a mini trapper sometime. And Carl and Stitch and a few others REALLY make me want a peanut for edc. So I've put that on my "Christmas List". My little sister (age 11) wants a case knife "Because I wanna be like you", and I let her read some of Carls stories and showed her Stitch's recent thread on "If only a peanut" and she chose a Chestnut bone Peanut in CV. I'm going to order it next friday and go ahead and wrap it before Christmas. (to prevent myself from using it):D She'll be so exited!

It's the Toothpick for me. I have almost bought one on several occasions but it seems to always get pushed back in order of preference. I expect I will own one at some point.

Since I'm relatively new it may be easier to say what I have tried. Had a ss peanut which I liked and lost, just couldn't warm up to the SS. Have a cv pen which I carry often, and a #33 conductor which I like and carry often, I love whittling with my congress its just a little bulky for daily carry.
Looking forward to the 2012 forums knife.
Other short list blades are a half congress, cv peanut, stockman, and, larger whittler.

Elephant's toe or sunfish are two that have not been in my possession. I've not had a desire to own one as they appear too short, stubby. I've seen some pretty nice examples of the type on here and they have piqued my interest, but not enough for me to buy one.

Also, I've never owned a toothpick. That may have to change.

What about a cotton sampler? Intriguing, but what would I use it for?

A loom fixer. Not sure I would need one of those either. I have a Kershaw "Needs Work" that would do what I think I might use a loom fixer for.

A doctor's knife. Might be nice to own one of those...

A pruner (hawkbill)... Not my cup of tea, but that Case/Bose pruner is pure beauty. I would own one of those just because they are so wonderfully designed.
