Hey guys just ordered a g10 tyrade and waiting for it to come! So while I wait anyone got some good pics or stories about the blade? ALso a few questions! Does the blade slice good and whats the hardest use you've put yours through?

Here is a pic of mine on Galveston Island this past Summer. I've been carrying it as my EDC since I got it on Father's day. I absolutely love mine and it fits my hand very well, great lock up and solid as a rock. I confess I have not put the screws to it really but its been everything I wanted thus far. Its built well and I believe it could handle whatever I put it through with ease. You will love yours. Congrats.

Nice pic, Hellfire. On the composite blade, if you run your finger along the transition line, do you feel any edge, or is it completely smooth?

It would be interesting to see how Keshaw makes those.

I haven't used the orange one, but I do have a black one that has earned it's place as top hard use folder. The hardest I used it was cutting put 1x2 for steaks. I did stab it through an old microwave to see what the results were. Which was no noticeable damage to the knife, and a big ole' hole in the side of the microwave. I've put more of a convex edge on mine and polished it up real good on a paper wheel. I wouldn't say it's a slicer like my Centofante 4 or my NRG 2, but it does a good job cutting up heavy cardboard and I can get to pop hairs.

I can feel it but just barely. I too would like to see how they put the two steels together.
