U.S. Patent Violation

Did anyone notice the J. Pirela (sp?) type "fob-holes" in the handle? An idea from Pirela for some type of (secret) add-on. Not just the wave was "borrowed"...

Piter

info@emersonknives.com is a good email address, it goes to Derek. As you can imagine, they get a huge amount of email, plus we're in the middle of a long holiday weekend here in America. He should be back in the office Monday morning.

Take care

John

Just for clarifying the earlier post I made.

I did NOT mean that J. Pirella in any way has copied something from Emerson. What I meant was that the "fobholes" on the SA makers knife looked very similar to an idea that J. Pirella had on at least one knife I´ve seen. I believe he mentioned it was for somekind of add-on stuff...

Tried to write to-the-point in my earlier post, but I guess it could be interpreted the wrong way.

Sorry about that,

Colinz is talking about this:

The holes in the back of my design are for attaching (via quick dettach) a dual Ti finger guard (from the pinky and up) and skull crusher/spike

Andre uses the holes/screws for assembly/looks.
