Here is a 10/10 Malla khukuri by Kumar -- 18.5 inches and 1.75 pounds. Fit, finish, hardness all 10/10. Beautifully executed. Handle very nicely done in saatisal. Nothing more to say.

Karda and chakma same treatment as big brother. Excellent.

Handtooled scabbard very nicely done by sarki with no name. 100 year HI superfrog.

We will deliver this rig to your door for $125 and this is an Uncle Bill best buy. You will have to look long and hard to find this much knife for this price.

That's an intersting Cho on the Malla.

That is really nice! Kumar can really do a job when he wants to. From the pic, this looks almost as nice as the 18" AK that I had. The only thing that detracts in any way from the looks of this one is the lack of matching bolster on the chakma. Otherwise, I just wish I had a bit less debt to pay off.

Often the kamis will put a bolster on the karda because it is a knife and not on the chakma because it is a burnishing tool. If we want bolster on both we generally must request it.

The Malla is a real nice rig!!
I have handled Terry Sisco's and I really like it. Perhaps one of these days when I don't have any priorities if that ever happens.

I am saving up for a couple of more YCS models though.
I want one for Barb and a plain one for myself.
I think the Silver Mounted YCS will be a nice Valentine's Day gift for Barb if it gets here in time.
