I thought this knife was really pretty the first time you posted a picture. I think this knife should be made "a standard" for sale. The whole thing just goes together so well. Just keep it as light as possible. I will order one eventually.

Craig came in first so he gets the perfect one. I'll order a couple more.

I don't know enough about wood to try to identify anything. I think I can tell pine, oak and purple heart when I see it but that's about it. I knew the kamis would go nuts if I told them I thought the wood was pine. They did and it is good for them. They need to get their blood pressure up now and then.
