Ok I'm getting really pissed.
As you can see my location, I live in Canada. These guys says that because of rampant fraud, I cannot use credit card to order... fine. I always use money order anyways. They said that they don't deliver to Canada... fine my friend knows someone who can have them shipped to Seattle to resolve this.... then look at this.

I'm sorry the only way I would sell the knives is if you sent an International Money order.

Shipping cost would depend on how many knives you ordered. You can get an approximate cost at - http://www.discountknives.com/postage/postage.htm

Brian,
How about Canada Post US Money Order? I know there are plenty of US institution who would cash it, cause I bought some stuff with that money order before.
Then we can ship it to a US address.
Sounds ok by you?

Benton

I'm sorry I think we should forget about filling your order.

As you can pretty much see, I'm trying to resolve this with them so that I could actually order something that I couldn't find elsewhere (except for buying them off forumites, which I haven't seen the Native 1st Geneneration Lately). What's this bloody attitude? I'm genuinely asking questions, trying to find out what me and my friend should do (we both wanted one), and this guy give me attitude about this.
God I'm trying to buy something from this guy's company and he's not being very friendly with his version of Customer Service.
I swear that after this, I'd never buy from this guy from this unhelping attitude. Frankly at first he said that they would not deliver to Canada was an insult to knife nuts up north.
His first reply was:
I'm sorry we no longer ship to Canada.

Brian
That isn't very friendly as the first reply to his potential customer...

Some U.S. companies have had trouble sending knives to Canada and just don't want the headaches any more. I can understand this. I do not consider this as being unfriendly.

The Canada Post International MO (the pink one) in U.S. funds has always worked for me when buying from the States.

It is my opinion that Brian should have given you the reasons that he decided that he did not want to do business with you. Probably being quite busy, he is probably in the habit of keeping emails short and to the point, but in this instance I think an explanation was in order.

If you really want these knives maybe you should try one more email stating that you will send him an International Postal Money Order. Let him know that you really want these knives and that you have an address in Seattle where he can ship them and that you will handle everything from that point on. If he gets back to you again and states that he still does not want to do this deal then just write it off. You shouldn't have any hard feelings over this, it is just a business decision on Brian's part. I am sure that he has nothing personal against either you or the rest of us Canadians.

Well ain't that a B_ _ _ _. ( Don't know what the level of swearing is allowed in these forums) I guess I can save my money then.

Ah well.

Keith: I've explained in previous email exchange with Brian that I'll get a money order (I've bought quite a bit from the states before, the regular Canada Post US MO doesn't fail me, but now you mentioned it I'll get the international MO just in case), and me and jjcoolay actually will go through the trouble to ship it to his uncle's place.
Given that I've explained that, and I understand why for his reason, they don't accept credit cards anywhere else, I think the MO and the US address solves the problem, yet he still tells me
I'm sorry I think we should forget about filling your order.
I try hard to work with this guy because I wanted something that I haven't seen in here or in other US online store, and I'm willing to compromise. That's just pure attitude from him and I don't believe I deserve this when I'm the one accomidating his requests. I only want the bloody Native 1st Generations, and I know a US address to ship to, I'll get something that guarantees his cash, so what is the f***ing problem?
If you want the mail to and fro I can forward them to you, that's the only reason why I'm so pissed! I thought I can reach a compromise where everyone would be somewhat happy and then he tells me of.
I swear after this no amount of convincing would get me to buy stuff from them again.

If you still want the knife I can help you with this transaction. I'm an expatriate Canadian (from the Ottawa Valley) fortunate enough to be living in the USA. I can have the knife shipped to me and then send it up to you. You can email me at:

Thanks for the offer Rev. Pete. If those guys are stubborn enough we'll probably ask you for help!
