My go-to 1311 beater, which I bought from a forum member after he put an exceptionally ugly ghetto strip job on it. :cool: Coating looks to have been removed with a wire brush wheel, plenty of decarb and scratches galore along with some oxidation/patina. But I’ve kept it oiled and sharp, and it’s a beast of a worker. Now that it has some patina, it rarely rusts as long as I keep CLP on it. I’d put it up against a new one anytime for nitty gritty work. Includes a well-fitted generic "synthetic leather" Machete Specialists sheath, which is light and secure—and cheap—but does the job just fine.

My B11 finally won out. :D
