Not really sure where else to put a thread like this, but...

Last Friday I ordered 2 DMT serration sharpeners - the tapered diamond coated rod kind - one Fine, one Extra Fine. 6 days later I'm twiddling my thumbs wondering why I haven't seen a ship notice, since they were both in stock.

I log in to my account and check the order, and it shows not one of each, but 11 of each. And not like a bulk 11, but 11 individual "orders" for 1 of each, all lumped into the same order. Almost like I ordered 22 unique items. And the funny part is, they only charged me for 1 of each.

I have a feeling someone in order fulfillment is scratching his head wondering what the heck to do with me and my order... :p
 
Did you call or email them before starting a GB&U thread ?

I'm sure all will be fine. Knife Center is top notch, and you won't have a problem with them(I hope,lol)

Talk to them before you post here. Knifecenter is one of the oldest on-line dealers and they don't deserve public complaints made before private resolution of the difficulty has been attempted. I have bought from them for years, with only one difficulty which was handled so fine i cannot remember the details:)
 
Did you read everything before ordering? Many items will say for example,(Typically ships within 2-5 business days).
