The Spyderco forum almost needs a subforum for threads comparing the UKPK and Caly3, but here's one thing that I don't think I've seen addressed...
I have a UKPK. The scales on it are unreinforced G-10.
I'm considering a Caly3. I know that the Caly3 has skeletonized steel liners inside the G-10 slabs. Since it is reinforced, are the G-10 scales any thinner that on the UKPK?
Maybe someone who already has both could shed some light on this subject for us.
