If you're also "nagod" on a certain auction site, I'd say you got a heck of a deal! Those don't come up very often in DsOTD, and I know they're on my list of must haves.
IIRC the ultimate fighter is fairly similar to the UBE, but more pointy. Might be worthwhile looking for UBE threads...
