SOG has some good fixed. Striders should be well. If Swamp rat is recommended, then any other carbon steel knife, cold steel, ontario, Becker..... should be mentioned.
INFI is not a "carbon", for "Carbon" means a very low alloyed or non alloyed steel. INFI is alloyed comparable to D2. So, not carbon.
I would stay away from all carbons, they react pretty soon.
A thick stainless (ATS34, S30V...) will work. Thick: .16 - .2" is enough.
Have a look at the way, the tip is grinded. Geometriy says more about strength and cutting abbility than material. (sounds logical, or? A 180° edge angle will not cut, no matter, which steel you have choosen
).
At the price: Have a look for a custom knifemaker.
