Theflyingplatypus, I may do a run of kiridashis with the microbevel on the main bevel side. I'm thinking some 1/8" thick stainless or tool steel would be nice.

I'll have .23" thick Damascus Kiridashis next week and am ordering some 5160 for a later run in .25".
 
Hey Daniel, if I didn't already buy two of these from you, I would buy #3!!

Any chance on pics of the sheath? I know you said it would be a minimalist sheath, but I am just looking for some eye candy while I wait painfully for my order to arrive ;)
