These are great knives for self defense.

They are made entirely from Blue/Black G10 - which has been bead-blasted for a super-grippy finish over the fullsize handle.

The bevels are ground "scandi-style" for added durability and they do have an edge (not sharpenable...hope that's obvious. :D)

The tang has thumb-grooves on the bottom/back of the spine...as well as on the thumbramp.

Very Light....and very comfortable.

You might wonder what to do with such a knife....

Well, I have one in a kydex sheath....tethered in a hidden compartment in my bag...and I can take it just about anywhere. ;)

These will indeed pierce fruit and vegetables...and, um...other stuff too if needed..;)

Doubles as a letter opener and the occasional peanut-butter-and-jelly sandwich (even James Bond has to eat sometime).

Pricing is as follows:

$95 gets you the knife

optional:

Add $20 for a kydex sheath

and (if needed) $10 for a TekLok

s/h = $10 USA, $18 Canada, $30 International

Thanks!

Be very careful shipping to California without a metal ring attached. Knives that cannot be detected by metal detectors are very illegal here. Cold Steel gets around that by adding a small metal ring to the knives they make.

Just an FYI

Provides that any person in this state who commercially
manufactures or causes to be commercially manufactured, or
who knowingly imports into the state for commercial sale,
keeps for commercial sale, or offers or exposes for
commercial sale, any undetectable knife is guilty of a
misdemeanor. (Penal Code 12001.1(a).)

Defines an "undetectable knife" as any knife or other
instrument with or without a handguard that is capable of
ready use as a stabbing weapon that may inflict great
bodily injury or death that is commercially manufactured to
be used as a weapon and is not detectable by a metal
detector or magnetometer, either handheld or otherwise,
that is set at standard calibration. (Penal Code
12001.1(a).)

Awesome knife. If I had the spare change, I'd snatch one of those in a heartbeat.

Screw California...I don't think the US extradites its citizens to a communist country for trial. ;)

Daniel, will you be making these a regular offering? I rather like the design and when I can get the pennies, make a great gift for a sister of mine.
