"ultrapod II" lightweight, folding/compact tripod digital camera

it's a very lightly used, folding, lightweight, adjustable tripod from pedco "ultrapod II." bought it from tadgear. it's nice, but really only suited for lighter-weight cameras and not my full DSLR with 105mm lens.....
