does anyone uses Ultrasuede or microfiber fabric for sheath lining?

Lining? as in in contact with the knife itself?

Yes. Ether with leather sheath or kydex(glued to inside)

No, bad idea imo. Linning in a sheath catches debri and grit wich is what scratches your knife. Leather is fine on its own and kydex while it may mar a blade a little is nothing compared to a small rock or some sand emedded in the microsuede.
