ultrathin Santoku Variant in s35vn

This is a variation of my standard santoku and is full convex ground s35vn with a high polished zero convex edge. 10 3/4" OAL with a 6 1/8" blade. Heat treated and Cryo'd to 61rc. It is .045 at the thickest part of convex grind. Needless to say it is a slicing and dicing demon. Handles are tan canvas micarta. Asking sold! shipped CONUS. Paypal or MO.

I'm hours late here. Sorry i missed it. I use my Ban Santuko everyday and i love it. Mine is not an ultrathin so i could have justified buying this one. Can't have too many Bans on hand !
