Not for logging but lots of uses: I keep one by my wood stove to split fat wood, my son cuts up chickens and a customer skins deer.
This was profiled for me by Great Lakes Waterjet. If you feel that a maker should be doing 100% of the work in his own shop than this is not the tool for you.
Ground from 1/4 inch 5160
Convex grind polished to a mirror finish
Hammer marks on the flats (I did this while I was doing normalizing cycles but still consider this stock removal. work)
Stabilized curly maple handle
Overall length: about 7 inches
Cutting edge: 3 1/2 inches
Riveted eather edge protector
$180 delivered to the US or Canada. My PayPal account is gldrewknives@yahoo.com Checks with time to clear and USPS money orders also accepted.
