Forged from 52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated to Rc 58-60 with three normalizing and two tempering cycles with attention to a fine grain throughout the blade
Slight convex grind
Forged texture on the flats
Stabilized walnut handle. (Dishwater safe but please, never in the dishwasher)
Cutting edge is approximately 7 inches
Depth from the top of the handle to the edge is 5 1/4 inches
SOLD delivered within the US. My PayPal and email address is gldrewknives@gmail.com
This was a very difficult knife to photograph, when I changed cameral angles to eliminate reflections it distorted the blade shape. It really is symmetrical.
