Dave, PP is indeed pre production. There were also 40 circle Umfaans with blue anodized circles that came out before the plain grey circles.

Thanks for the Great information stjames!! I seen a thread here on the forum If I recall it correctly Lisa sold one of the 40 blue Circles Umfaan's a while back. Beautiful little knife!!

Great question Pete! The answer is yes Do a search here on the forum "Umfaan pics" and you will see a thread started on 9-25-2010 with pictures of some very beautiful Umfaan's including some with Damascus blades.
