Ummmm....did I miss something?

Than what do you do to buy the items? Do you just post something in the thread saying that you'll take it?
 
When the GO post hits, you click send on your pre-prepared email to Amy-O that has a list of what items you want from the ganza. It's a first in first served, as far as I know. If you're in time, you will get an email later on from Amy-O that you won 1 or all of the items that you put in for. Then, you pay for them and they send them to you.

Most people sit at their computers with this forum, and busse combat's forum, open, clicking refresh every 30 sec or so, waiting for the GO. Don't click send without double checking that it's not a hog doing a fake GO with a close-to-Jerry's name. They do that, because if you send in the email before hand you lose out and p off Amy cause she has a lot of emails to sort through, and doesn't consider ANY posted before Jerry does the GO post.

Generally this will be explained in Amy-O's explanation post that comes after the announcement, but this will at least set your mind at ease :)
 
Note - I am not a HOG, hence why I'm not lying to you. I'm a nice guy =P. The true die-hard Busse HOGS are named so because they will walk all over anyone that gets between them and a blade crafted from INFI steel. Their dedication to achieving their goal of getting whatever they want with regards to Busse Combat is so intense that if we were to tell them they would get a unique INFI blade for it, they'd be able to solve global warming in an afternoon or so :).

First, you will see a thread posted by Jerry Busse announcing an upcoming *Ganza ("*" because the name changes every time, but the end is always 'Ganza', i.e. HumpOGanzaaaa, ExtravaGanzaaa, VetDayGanzaaaa, etc.)

Then, if not already, you will see a (or a few) new thread(s) with pix and a numbering system...

image... Etc.

Then closer to the actual event, you will see a thread with pricing and procedures (this is stated IN the thread title). ALL of the info that you need will be in this thread... FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THAT THREAD, and you will have a chance. :):thumbup:

BTW, another name for a Ganza would be "virtual show". Submissions are by email, not posts... and everyone waits for the last new thread from Jerry, which is the "GO" thread. At this point, the RACE is ON. :D
 
Oh, so if I see so something I want I would send an email to whatever email address Jerry tells me to in the thread with the pricing and procedures?

The email addresses that they have us send our emails to have been known to sometimes change from ganza to ganza... Best thing to do is carefully read the current rules & procedures thread relevent to the current ganza (which hasn't been posted yet as the ganza hasn't been announced yet.) The email addy's that ya need to send the emails to will be in there. :):thumbup:

On a side note, Check the exchange for a B11 with a bigger handle, and full height convex grind Zero edge. Price is steep, but since I bought 27, I need to sell off at least 7 to cover the other 20 I am keeping.

WOW..Ok I think I get it and why I missed the last ganzaa. thanks for the honest answers. Not to mention the description of a HOG. However after seeing the blades listed for April I understand the reason to fight. I own 2 Busse's BWBMLE #604 and Sus Scrofa stocker. thanks again from the rinds.
