she knows there is no tooth fairy or Easter Bunny. I think she is going to be fine.

Heck, I had an Easter Bunny, and I got rich from the tooth fairy and I loved Santa Claus.
I think that those ideas, that allow fancy and fact to interweave, that allow imagination and joy in a child's heart, are all good things. I also know that there is lots of room for different ideas in the heads of good people who mean well.
It seems that you're a great parent and that your child will be fine. I, too, have lived in an abandoned building, and once in a Chevy van, and many years in Michigan, so I've been down the road.
I would throw this Biblical verse out to you...and this is NOT preaching...although my dad was a long-time preacher.
1 Corinthians 13:13
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
And it looks like you have that in abundance.
