For sale is a Chris Reeves Umnumzaan. Birthdate: October 7, 2014. I am the original owner of the knife, and it was purchased from Knives Ship Free in November of 2016.
Knife is in excellent condition. It has been carried and used lightly. The blade displays some very faint use streaks on both sides that can just about be seen in the photos. (I tried to get the best light/angle possible to display them). The handle is in very clean condition and looks pretty well 100% factory. The titanium slabs have 2 spots that I would consider “snail trails” that I could find. One is on the back spine, and is very faint. The other is just below the back standoff screw. Once again, I tried to capture these specific spots in the photos; as just the right angle has to be captured to get them.
The edge is factory, and has not been touched.
The lanyard was removed, and the lanyard tube is held in by plastic. The paracord fix never did it for me. Specifically, I cut the end of a pen ink tube (the perfect size btw) just long enough to slide through the lanyard tube with a little extra on each side, and then stuck the end of a soldering iron close to the plastic on both sides, and this “mushroomed” the plastic outwards to keep it from sliding out.
Centering is perfect, action is incredible, and lockup is about 50% by the lock face path. This knife is perfect in function.
