I should probably make my short post a little more concise.
It is possible that you may feel SOME degree of difference between the two on some sharpening media. You can feel differences in hardness in some cases if there is a disparity. But, S35 ran at 58 isn't going to be noticeably quicker or easier than s35 ran at 60. The wear resistance plays more of a role in sharpening difficulty than hardness when the difference is that small.
