Umnumzaan Lanyard

Can someone explain to me how the pin works that holds in the lanyard, it says it can be removed with no screw, or something like that.

I will have my Unnumzaan by noon tomorrow.

Ok, just in case anyone was wondering also.

I spoke to Heather and Anne at CRK. From what I understand there is a pin the sits in the rear hole and in that pin there is another hole that you thread the lanyard thru. The lanyard keeps the pin from coming out.

If you remove the lanyard be careful as the pin will fall out.

If I'm reading that right - removing the lanyard will make the pin fall out?

That is correct. The lanyard when attached holds in the pin, when the lanyard is removed the pin comes out.

How many of you guys that have the Umnumzaan have removed the lanyard? I think I may once I get my G2 sheath.
