  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Mine cut up a pig Saturday. Picked ribs, cut cheek slices, ears, feet, hacked away at bone - I was cringing.

Not even scuff or snail trails. Nothing. I let anyone use it. It got tons of compliments and was passed around.

I love this knife. After many opening and closings, I almost have the muscle memory I want with this tool. My confidence is growing daily.

On one of my trips to Canada they had a "1 Meter Beer" on their menu and just for the heck of it ordered it to see what it was all about. The order arrived on a wooden paddle with 6 holes (I believe) and had 6 glasses from light to dark beer. It was awesome and your picture was a great reminder.

On another question can someone who has the transitional Zaan tell me what was the year that they changed the detent hole on blade to fully drilled vs just indented. TY
