Birth date 2/2/2022. Knife is nearly indistinguishable from new. This is the latest version with S45VN blade steel. Blade is perfectly dead centered and looks exactly the way it did the day it left CRK. Zero play in any direction. Bank vault like lock up. No lock stick. The presentation scale has one ultra faint snail trail towards the back of the scales. You have to be looking for it to see it and even then, you have to hold it at the right angle in the right light. My camera was not able to pick it up. On the lock scale, there's a snail trail right "behind" the cross hatches. It's about 1 mm long and again you have to have it at just the right angle to see it (this one you can see in my pic). I did not see any other imperfections otherwise. Frankly, if you pocket this knife for a couple of days, you'll most likely put more wear on the knife than it currently has. The uncut lanyard and tube has been removed but will be included. Comes complete with original box, birth card, blank registration card, Care Notes, sticker, hex wrench and polishing cloth. These are currently sold out at authorized retailers from what I can tell and according to CRK, there's a SIX YEAR wait period if purchased directly from them. IOEFF
