Question Unable to send DMs - Getting "Spam-like content" error (Gold Member)

Hi Support team,
I am a new user and I just upgraded my membership to Gold. However, I am currently unable to send any Direct Messages (DMs).
Every time I try to message a seller, I receive an error message stating that my content is "spam-like" or contains inappropriate elements. I have tried sending very simple text messages, but the error persists. It seems my account might be caught in a spam filter by mistake.
Could you please help me look into this and enable my DM permissions?

The staff has no ability to reach into the software and adjust the settings.

The simplest fix is for you to increase your post count.
The spam filters are set to "high sensitivity" for those with a post count lower than ~20.
