Uncentered Buck 110 Auto

How do you know? Did you work at Buck?

I've played with the 110 and 112 autos at shows many times. They are better fit/finish than the cheapest 110.
I just sent an email to buck probably going to send it tomorrow, like MolokaiRider said if it bothers me now it's going to bother me in the future. If I just have to pay for shipping and nothing else why not? I'm not too worried too much about how long it will take to get back, and I'm not going to return it to BHQ as the same problem might ensue. Thank you guys again for all your help.

Lol, once you become a pickle there’s no going back to a cucumber ever again. Welcome to our sickness my friend . :)
I've always been a knife guy but as a kid I thought any knife was good, and had no idea what brands to look into. so I had a lot of tac forces, but then I realized they were frowned upon and I honestly frown upon them myself. I wish I started looking into this community sooner, tons of great people and cool knifes to see and great lessons to learn, I'm looking to get some sort of OTF, and will probably go with a microtech, but the OTF I want the most is a Halo 5 of some sort. Great to meet u man.

You should have posted this in the Buck forum.
Lots of knowledgeable folks there, and the moderator there is Buck's head of QC.

If the knife brings joy , other peoples opinion is unimportant. Check out the Buck sub forum , it's like an encyclopedia of knowledge

The point of my 110 auto favors one side a little, but it's not rubbing. Upon closer inspection, my Mark I eyeball tells me that the portion of the blade between the pivot and the start of the clip point swedge is centered in the frame. It looks like the blade is ground unevenly from there toward the point. Overall, it doesn't matter to me. It works nicely and eet weel cut.

Welcome !
If all else fails v
That is very good to know. I had bent my 110 and saw how the blade moved then when pressure released went back.
Thinking Oh Well….. Now by your demonstration I can do something that helps. ThankYou

If it functions properly with out rubbing and it’s straight when it’s open. It is probably within their specs. Being centered when closed is irrelevant.
