Uncle Bill Matched - Bullman Cutlery

Finally, I have had dealings with an internet knife dealer who appears to match Uncle Bill from Himalayan Imports for customer service. Note I said matched - Uncle Bill provides the very best customer service possible and has for years and noone can better the best - but in recent dealings with Bruce from Bullman Cutlery, I appear to have met someone who matches that high quality customer service.

I recently had a couple of bad transactions with a few internet dealers who supposedly sell internationally - you know the types, refuse to answer emails or lie, don't supply the production knife after a months wait but bill the credit card almost immediately the order is placed. So I did a search on this forum and found someone who was recommended by others and who sold the particular knife I was after. Bruce from Bullman Cutlery only delivered in the USA, but because I wanted a custom sheath made in the USA for this knife, that was not a major problem.

Bruce answered my emails almost immediately, sorted out a few hiccups for me, and has kept me informed re availability of the knife. I have found Bullman Cutlery to so far provide 5 star service and highly recommend them. It is so refreshing to deal with Bruce after dealings with a couple of lemons.
