I built a rig like that for one I made...same deal, old Bianchi rig minus the holster. I'd post a pic but the sun hasn't been out for ten days or so and the solar panels and the battery bank aren't speaking to me right now...
 
Kydex is pretty easy to do yourself-there are some tricks to doing khukuri, but they're not hard to figure out. You could definitely do it as a DIY learning project.

Auntie I'm pretty sure still has quite a few of these second version Micro Mini's, so I'm sure she can fix you up whenever your ready.

At first I thought the first one grabbed by Mopar was the original configuration and it's very close.

Those both look really good.

Yeah I did too! Looked kinda short didnt it? You cant beat $40! I almost did it myself and I already have three and a half of them.
 
Yeah, I grabbed that one because the blade is a lot wider than the Bhakta ones. A friend of mine really wanted one with a wider blade.
