I started this today and lost interest. Instead of putting it away, I thought I'd sell it to someone who wants to finish it. The blade is 1095 in 3/16" stock It has been heat treated and hand sanded to 220 grit. I've also ground the edge bevel on it. Thanks.

Here somebody take it away, started a wharncliff and lost interest. That's honesty you don't see everyday.

Nice design, like the finger groove, looks like it would have been a nice little wharncliff. Oh well, you gota be happy with your work.

After asking about one, Ray made a big Wharncliff about a month ago, the knife and sheath is one of my all time favorites and wharncliff is a very useful blade in any cutting senario.

That ever happens to you again Ray, just pm or email me. I'll take it off your hands!

My 14 year old daughter wants to try her hand at knifemaking. A project like that would be a good place to start.

I like that idea, a kids Christmas present from one knife maker to another. Nice way for Father and daughter to spend sometime together and she learns about what you do, great thought.

Cheers! I am spreading the little bit of cash around that I have, Scott made a smaller wharncliff it's in the mail now.
