Hello everyone, I would like to share my recent work, I hope you like it!

WOW... THAT is a very nice looking blade. Does the copper do anything to weaken the blade or make sharpening difficult, regarding the blade KEEPING an edge in any way? Please forgive my ignorance but how would the blade stay sharp once the cutting edge gets into the copper?

Luckily it's not as weak as we think I did several resistance tests, with a long blade I had problems when it was twisted only but a short and robust blade like that has no problems with copper as it also doesn't stay on the wire These blades are popular here in Brazil, they are not as popular in other places
