I bought a nice knife from a great member at a great price.The knife had a problem with extreme blade play. I called United Cutlery they gave me a RA# and had a new knife at my door in one week. No questions asked just "yes sir no problem". They got my business!
 
I have to admit I couldn't believe it myself.When I sent the knife back I thought I would never see my new one,I even forgot about it throughout the week. When the UPS driver showed up I could remember if I had made a trade with someone or why he was here.When I opened the box and pulled out my brand new knife in perfect working order I just about fell over. Maybe there is a shred of honor left on this planet after all!
 
I bought a a cheap dive knife from the flea market that was from United when the sheath broke I thought I'll give them a call and see what they'll do, well I called them and they said that they would exchange it when I sent it back they sent me a better one with a note that said if it ever breaks again just call them. I was surprised for a company that mainly sell cheap knives thier service is really good.
