Hi Gents
Has anybody heard of a "AHA" axe? This name is forged into the head, the axe looks like a tomahawk head with a hammer on the one side,i believe it came from Germany. As soon as i have a pic i will publish it.
This one has me stumped. Could it be GBA? This is not a typical style from Germany, looks like it may be a north American variety that has been buffed out a bit or cleaned with a heavy wire brush. What is the weight of the piece? I have a Swedish axe marked MUS but the style is different. I can't clearly see the AHA marking on your axe.
The marking is stamped next to the hole. The AHA is very poorly stamped in.The head weight is +- 2.5Kg's.
Was brought to South-Africa from Germany so I was told.
I did give it a good brush and a new Salinga handle.
