The following knife is available for sale only. The price includes PayPal fees, Priority Mail insured with Delivery Confirmation. The confirmation # (tracking #) will then be emailed to buyer when shipped. I will accept PayPal or postal money orders (same price). Would prefer U.S. only on this one as there would probably be Customs issues with outside-U.S. shipping.

Unknown Custom Push Dagger - The cutting edge length on this knife is 3 1/2 inches long. The blade from handle to tip is 4 1/16" long. Overall length of knife is 6 7/16" long. The steel stock used is 1/4" thick but the steel type is unknown to me. If I were to guess I would say it is ATS-34 or 154CM steel stock. The blade has a nice hand-rubbed satin finish. The blade has a maker's mark ink-stamped on the blade but is unknown to me. The wood handle looks like cocobolo wood to me. Comes with a nice handmade brown leather sheath. - $150.00 - $125.00 - SOLD

If anyone knows the maker of this fine knife, let me know and I will add those details to this listing.

Updated info on this knife.

A fellow forumite wrote to me (thanks Tom) and mentioned that this could possibly be a finished example of one of Bob Engnath's blade blanks.

If you go to the below website, click on the "Daggers" section on the left and then the fifth knife down - "MUGGER'S DOWNFALL" - on this page looks like my knife. The knife is exactly the same in size, blade length, and dimensions.

http://www.engnath.com/drwframe.htm

The only difference is that mine is double-edged and has the same bevel grind on both sides of the blade.

I'm not saying that "without a doubt" it is one of Bob's finished blade blanks, but it could be.

I'll let you guys look at the drawings and make up your own minds about it.

Thanks again for looking!

Greg,
Looks enough like the Engnath to warrant a closer look.
"I'll take it" if it's still availalbe
Even if it's not Bob's work, it looks to be a sweet little knife

Thanks,
Kevin
